Today was another long day of work. At least the weather was better so we were able to fit in a walk.
Last night we baked our first sourdough. It came out... like a first. We definitely need more practice.
We used it to make panini sandwiches.
This morning we had a surprise guest dropping off donuts. That was lovely.
This evening I used some discard to make pretzels. Those came out so good!
I guess today was all about eating. Thank goodness Aisling and I made it on our walk.
