Social distancing .... day 86

Monday

Today was another long work day. Which was of course made crazier by the fact that the kids are starting to have less work as the year winds down. Siobhan and Connor did wash the cars today so that was helpful.

Connor is dealing with some very adult problems all of a sudden. It’s made me realize how much of a bubble we live in. He has a classmate for next year who has been caught in a scandal of racial and hate speech.

I’m hopeful that it all gets worked out and that Connor is able to begin his year with a safe cohort of students. Just caught us off guard to be experiencing these things.

The weather today was gorgeous and the wisteria are blooming.

We also went to our weekly social distancing dinner with poppy. He looks great.

All in all a good day.
