The Greatest Show on Earth

We took the kids to the circus tonight. It was a crazy busy day with several things going on; and there were many times during the day and evening when we had our doubts (tired, cranky, fighting children) and we may well have cranky children tomorrow as well, but what an exciting time we had. The circus was AMAZING and I am so glad we were able to share that with the children. I know they will remember it forever. As with a lot of things with parenting; sometimes decisions that seem crazy at the time, are worth it in the end.

We got there early. Doors opened at 6:00 for the 7:00 show. (I know, I know it was weird for me too to be early for something...) Before the show started kids were allowed into the rings for an all access free explore! How exciting! Connor was so wiped out from his convention that he just wanted to sit in his seat and watch, so the girls and I went into the rings.
